Iain's audio-guided tasting experience is proving popular with all our customers - from the culinary craftsman to the consummate chocoholic. This is truly a rich, sensory experience not to be missed!
Drinks connoisseurs will find inspiration with Iain's selection of Chocolate Pairing boxes. In partnership with the Master Blenders of well-known Scottish distilleries, Iain has expertly paired his gourmet chocolates with an exclusive range of Scottish malt whiskies, as well as gins, champagnes and teas. The result is a dance of carefully balanced flavours that complement the unique characteristics of the cocoa beans and the drinks they're paired with.

The Chocolate Lounge
Enjoy an elegant and relaxing atmosphere combined with famously friendly service, offering a delicious menu celebrating chocolate. Trained baristas will welcome you with award-winning hot chocolate and a selection of refreshing warm and cold beverages served at your table. Try tempting savouries and cakes including goodies for allergy sufferers from a gluten free range, or dairy free soya coffee.
Iain Burnett's welcoming Chocolate Lounge has indoor and outdoor seating with access to free Wi-Fi. Tea is locally sourced from the Scottish Wee Tea Company and ethically sourced full taste coffee from Matthew Algie. Add a chocolate treat including Iain's own recommendations described in the Tea & Chocolate Pairings section.
