What the voucher can be used for:

Delivered by email after purchase (PDF format)

You can print it or forward it to the recipient

Each voucher includes a unique code used at checkout
Validity:

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Can be combined with other vouchers

Can be used across more than one booking until the balance is fully redeemed
Terms:
1. Promotional vouchers cannot be used with any other discount, offer or promo code.
2. Promotional vouchers are valid for new bookings only.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Vouchers must be redeemed via our direct website only.
5. Only one voucher may be used per booking.
6. Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date stated at purchase.
7. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
8. Minimum stay rules and property exclusions may apply.
9. Peak dates may be excluded (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays).
10. Voucher misuse (e.g. resale, duplication, fraud, or use for commercial purposes) voids the voucher.
11. If a voucher is used on a lower-value stay, no change or credit is given.
12. Voucher purchases made during promotional periods are final.
