Light and airy with heart stopping views of loch and hills, this highly original contemporary holiday home offers accommodation for just two people. One large living space combines sitting, eating, cooking and sleeping in the style of a loft apartment – with a bed platform at one end of the room and a log-burning stove at the other. The spacious bathroom has underfloor heating, a walk-in shower and a bath with perhaps one of the best views in Scotland
 
The stunning white Corian surfaced kitchen looks straight out over the loch. And there’s a sensible little utility room for washing and drying your kit after a day in the outdoors.
 
So sit on the deck and listen to the gently lapping water as the sun goes down or snuggle up in front of the log-burning stove. 
 
For peace and dreams or perhaps the start of a wee adventure …… Dipper is the perfect romantic hideaway.

Reviews

An idyllic weekend escape from London life, we felt instantly at home at the Dipper after a scenic drive from Inverness airport, greeted by a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits and chocolates. Our favourite find on Airbnb yet, our friends and family and eager to visit and we would love to come back! We enjoyed a drive around Lock Tey and a walk to Teymouth Castle during our stay, enchanted by the peaceful surroundings, couldn’t fault it!

Simply stunning. The boathouse and its location were out of this world - the best place we've ever stayed in terms of 'wow factor'. Our only regret is that we weren't there longer. Will will definitely return.

We had such an amazing week at Dipper (I'm scared to say how good it is as I don't want other people to find out about it!). The place was really clean, there was everything you could need and the views are beautiful! We were aware that there were 3 boathouses in total - Dipper is the leftmost but even the closest of the other boathouses was out of sight in summer. There was more space than it appears in the photos (with a completely empty mezzanine, utility room and large bathroom). Nina was a great host and was quick... read more
