This gorgeous cottage also offers a private hot tub embedded into the decking in front of the house, perfect for relaxing after a day on the hills!
 
The timber clad property is characterised by its circular shape, flat roof and floor to ceiling glass windows from where guests can enjoy the lovely river pool in front of the cottage.
 
The property has two luxuriously appointed bedrooms (one king and one twin), each with their own ensuite bathroom.  The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers all the modern conveniences, and guests can relax here into the comfy furniture after a day in the local surroundings.
 
The Crannog is conveniently located on the outskirts of Killin, with golf, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We have just arrived home from a lovely weekend away at The Crannog. The house is just beautiful and the view of the river and hills are simply stunning. Only about 20 minutes stroll to the Falls of Dochart and heart of the village. The beds were super comfy although the master bed was very squeaky indeed, the smallest of movements would cause it to squeak. The house was spotless, lovely and warm. Beautiful location, well placed for a walk into killin. Just a few mins along the road.

We had a lovely paddle down the river lochay out to loch tay and plenty of local walks.

Well equipped house - lovely bedsheets, comfy mattresses and well heated. Great shower. Plenty of space for 4.
